@metrobball Wow!! ...You couldn't be more wrong if you tried! None of your information is correct! First of all the address is 9 POWERS COURT NOT LOMBARD ST.. Secondly, the 2 entrances that you speak of, were on NORTH STREET, AND HANOVER AVENUE nowhere near THACHER OR PRINCE ST. I know because I lived in the building.

This is NOT Lombard Place!! It's 9 POWERS COURT. I know, because I lived there when the commercial was filmed. The 2nd floor apartment that the woman in the window is leaning out of, was where my mother-in- law, (the owner, Josie Cardoza) lived. My wife and I lived on the 3rd floor. and Mrs. Duras lived on the first floor.

@chickiepieone go on google maps its on Lombard place north end in Boston the street is like a alley way the best view for the commercial would be the entarence of Lombard st off of Thacher st. Lombard place has 2 entarences 1 on Thacher 1 on Prince. USE GOOGLE MAPS! Street View! to see the house up close.
