  • hey i watched all your videos and they are all very informative.. thanks. i have a question. frozen vegetables, if i steam them, will have less vitamin content than raw fresh vegetables. but how much difference would it be?

  • Not a significant difference, although raw will be highest. If you need to steam the veggies to eat them, then by all means steam them! Any vegetable is better than no vegetable (of course avoid frying them, adding cheese sauces and salty condiments).

I'm glad you found the videos informative. Any other food/nutrition topics you would like to see?

  • I put this on my blog on Jan 31st and linked to your website (TheSkinnyOnline) so my readers could benefit from your wisdom on an otherwise confusing issue! Thanks for posting this!

  • you should make a video about preservatives, colors, and food additives in foods, and how to avoid them. i looked it up on youtube but not many people talk about it. i think that is the ultimate killer. that and the fact that garlic bread from safeway has 20 grams of trans fat in it haha. its time to live omish.
