Here is my list of the top 10 Non-Fatal Motorsport Crashes of all time. To give you an idea of the scale of destruction in these wrecks, here are the big'uns that didn't make it:
11. Tony Schumacher, NHRA in 2000
12. Danny Ongais, IndyCar in 1981
13. Michael Waltrip, NASCAR in 1990
14. Ryan Briscoe, IndyCar in 2005
15. Salt Walther & 11 Others, IndyCar in 1973

@OldSchoolNascar As I've explained before, I don't count Savage's crash as fatal as he was conscious throughout and alive and moving after the crash (shown by the last clip). he died after 33 days in hospital not through his injuries, of which only his burns were remotely life-threatening, but through liver failiure caused by an infection in the blood he was given as a transplant. In fact, if the guys in the hospital had just left him to recover, he would have probably survived. Sad story.

@ryannewman4life1 If you mean his '03 wreck, then WTF ARE YOU THINKING?????? When Geoff Bodine's wreck is the BENCHMARK, Newman's isn't even close to being in contention.

@toma23rulz I considered Brown's crash, but in this company I decided against. For this vid, the crashes have to be insane to get in, especially since Geoff Bodine is the benchmark.
