On June 30, 2009 City Gardens opens in Downtown St. Louis, Missouri. Three acres in the heart of the city is now an urban oasis with three fountains and multiple sculpture. Fox 2 News In The Morning talks with the daughter of Landscape Architect Warren Byrd of Nelson Byrd Woltz. This young lady from Charlottesville, Va, was walking alone and enjoying her father through his work. I told her this was once land used by Western Union; she was too young to remember telegrams.
No, no, nooo. 'Course not. :P
The thing around 1:23- in the back. I haven't been in St. Louis in a while, so I've got no clue what that thing is. But it's creepy.
