From the days when Joe LIEberman would say or do anything to get re-elected, here's Connecticut's junor senator talking about health care reform...specifically, his support for a version of a public option.

LIEBERMAN: I have offered a comprehensive programmedi-choice to allow anyone in out country to buy into a health insurance pool like the health insurance we federal employees and members of Congress have.

  • hey it's the senator from Aetna....

  • I think he should run for President in 2012 on any ticket, possibly with Palin

  • he is such a piece of shit.

  • I am hesitant to say that any politician is bought and paid for by some industry. But my god, this weasel is doing everything in the world to make people believe that he is a crook.

Think about it. He is in a liberal state, so he can't claim there is a political risk for supporting the public option. He supported in the past (but only because he knew it would have no chance of passing then).

This man is bought and paid for by the insurance industry of America. Shame on you Joe.

  • What an utter hypocrite.
