Does anyone know how to take a text box and split it into multiple text boxes? This is in contrast to creating different text boxes and lining them all up into place. Basically you create one text box, and therefor have the text already lined up, and then split it up into different boxes.
For example, instead of creating 5 boxes (5 words) and lining them up in a straight line, you create one box with the 5 words and split it up into 5 different text boxes.
Thanks.

and how do you do this in power director 10? is there a way?

@KadenceRain - It is much easier in PD10. Because you can drag and place text, in any and all of PD10's 99 video tracks. So the method in this tutorial only applies to version 8 and earlier. There is no need to use this work around in version 9 or 10, as you now potentially have 99 separate text tracks to work with.

@rishi2394 - Don't give up! Hahaha! it gets easier the more you experiment.
BTW, in PD9, you can now put Text and Titles in any of the 99 video tracks, thus making the technique shown here in PD8, pretty much unnecessary in PD9.
Thanks for the comment!
