Ottawa boy Derick Fage has always had a passion for entertaining. Over the past eleven years he has appeared in a number of independent films and is also a veteran of live theatre. Derick enjoys hosting Daytime because he gets to meet the people of Ottawa that make this city a great place to live, work and play. He is a self-proclaimed child at heart, which makes him curious about everyone and everything. It is this engaging quality that engages viewers on a daily basis. Derick thrives on conveying what's happening in Ottawa to viewers in a fun and informative manner.
TL Rader is excited and proud to move into her third season of daytime. Her whirlwind career has taken her around the world, but to her, Ottawa is home. TL spent her childhood in the Maritimes and moved to Ottawa to attend University in the late 80's., at which time she decided to make the Capital her home.
In addition to having a great love for entertaining, TL and her husband Chris have spent many years coaching, competing and performing as Professional Ballroom and Latin dancers all of the world. Dancing was a fantastic training ground for her move to Rogers TV, as you have to "keep on your toes and be light on your feet" for the fast-paced life of television!
