  • This dude is pretty damn strong on the rings. I do hope to see him along with Sean Golden in the 2012 olympics.

  • amazing control from this guy. forget the hop on the dismount, check out azarian cross press to invert - nothing but right angles! this guy's a beast.

  • just seeing him doing those ring dips, normal and inverted(!), like they were pushups... oh and then I'll just throw in this iron cross... burly.

  • i'm a pole vaulter, so obviously it's on a completely different scale, but i agree, i love strength training. It's awesome.

    My coach says if i could vault as well as i could do my strength drills, i'd be jumping about a metre higher ^^
