Gives the public the right to ask for information from any UK public authority.
Anyone in the world can ask. All you need to supply is your Name & Postal Address or e-mail Address. You do not have to be a UK citizen to ask.

I asked 26 questions on there IT infrastructure.
The request was sent to about 400 public authority's.
Local/County/District council's and Police force's which are all in England.
All request where sent by e-mail and independently archived.

It's there desktop market to lose and everyone else to gain!

We can make FLOSS a issue at next general election!
