Deer Comes into Boat on Fishing Trip

This button buck jumped into our boat while fishing. To make it happy, we fed it a granola bar and sent it on its way. The deer was a pet of someone who hit its mother with her car and then raised it. We saw it coming through the woods with an orange vest on and couldn't figure out what was going on.

if this was MY deer I wouldnt count on people not shooting it even if it WAS wearing a neon vest, I would keep it in my yard safely confined until hunting season was over, even then I would print "PET" in BIG NEON LETTERS on both sides of it so hopefully no idiot would shoot it.

this is probably someones pet by how well it interacted with humans, and also as the owners hope- the vest would probably keep it from being shot at :)

I've heard where the hunter becomes the hunted but since the deer has an orange vest on I'd say this case the hunted became the hunter. LOL
