Cruising the entire length of Colorado Blvd in Idaho Springs, Colorado

Idaho Springs, Colorado is located in the Rocky Mountains about about 50 kilometres (30 miles) west of Denver. Idaho Springs is in Clear Creek County and sits at an elevation of 2,298 metres (7,540 feet). The total land area of the town is about one square mile as it's stretched out along the northern side of Interstate Highway 70. Colorado Blvd parallels the Interstate throughout its entire length through Idaho Springs.
