My Head/Cam LS1 Camaro at the track. PRC 5.3L stage 2.5 Heads with Torquer V2 Cam 232/234 .595 .598 112 LSA, ARH headers w/ Catted Y, LS6 intake w/ Port TB, Powerbond pulley, open cutout, Moser 9in 4.11s, 3in steel DS, full suspension and more...
Hot day, first time with the new M/T ET Street 26/11.5/16 and smoke from the car was from the trans spilling oil on the Driveshaft and on the exhaust.
Best ET: 12.13 @ 116mph 60' 1.8

  • sick car man i want some headers and a cam on my ls1

  • Thanks man !

  • lemme ask you something, at wat point is a new rear end necessary. i wanna do a future heads cam maybe geared project on an ls1 and that 3 grand drop for the rear alone makes quite the financial hurdle. this would be primarily a street dd for the most part.

  • Stock build rear end will last if you don't launch your car at big rpm(+3000) with sticky tires like Drag radial or slick. If your tires spins, its not that hard on the rear. Automatic cars are less rough on rear end too. With street tires it can survive a long time if you are lucky. In my case, I blow the rear after 1-2 month, I supposed the last owner was beating it like me :P

  • head and cam ls1 with 4.11s should be in the 11s...specialy 10s at sea level...texas speed has one that runs 9s at sea level on motor soooo 12s are kinda sad...
