I've always thought that the opposite of fiction should be faction. ;-) However, that word is already in use!

It's funny, coming from you that was a real question. I didn't automatically assume it was a mistake. I had no idea what it could be but I really was prepared for any answer. :) again, cool workshop, if you have more of it, I would love to hear it.

IMHO Non fiction is what lives in our hearts and souls. The only truth that matters.

The next question is are we really even here? Or a figment of someone something's imagination...
Pappy mumbled it...

I very much agree, but have usually thought of it from the other side; that there's no such thing as "fiction" - All storytelling (written, sung, danced, etc.) is just varying degrees and mixes of imperfect memory, interpretation, spin, salesmanship, and desperate longing.

OMy. This is so very true. The re-telling of anything must have some fiction. When you re-tell something, you add a bit of yourself in it, or perhaps remove (ha) some of yourself in it. You are a beautiful woman.

Hehe, I'm not even quite sure if we can always completely grasp "the event as it's happening". :-)
