DVD-R works for all games not DVD+R it don't work

I have exactly the same problem with my cube, I'll try to replace the entire laser because adjusting the laser didn't work. I supose changing the laser is the definitive solution. You can buy it for a very low price (15 - 30 $)

Use -R
You can buy MINI DVD-R on w w w (.dottt.) dealextreme (.dottt.) c o m.
Also check by the fan part if you see a red light or green.
If green the modchip is working.

Use dvd-r instead....dvd+r sux xeno dick....also ensure the solder on your direct install flowed properly to the points

you need to make sure your pressing start when you loading a multi disc game.
if the light of the chip stays red. you should check your soldering.

You need to adjust the laser POT... Get a multimeter, slect 2000 ohm and measure.. 150-200 ohm is a good value for reading backups.
