Meu fado with lyrics by Mariza. A very beautiful fado (a Portuguese gender of song).
I think all of you noticed that I din't translate the portuguese word FADO. There were many comments that claims this word has a literal translation in english, but that is not my opinion. I think fado doesn't mean Fate. Fado is a word that doesn't mean something in particular. Every person can make their interpretation of this words meaning. :) hope you enjoy my video and I hope that you can understand my reasons :P.

@zibatarin123 ABSOLUTELY, they always put things up without translating and it's pretty bad... but you know what? Also the English speakers put things up without translating them to Portuguese or other languages... why's that?

Fado in portuguese means destiny, if you are fluent in Portuguese and look up the word in the dictionary you will find it's meaning.
Fado - Destiny/ Prophecy/ luck/that which must happen and is fatal
p.s even my grandmother who is now 83years old...used to say alot whenever she got into an argument with my aunt... it's my fado...meaning...there's no escaping...it's my destiny...

cause i feel it from deep of my soul.
