Of course, they are talking about the insuline, all the time. Obviously the intention is that both: The Gipsy and the public misunderstand it!. It's a words' play. Diabetes disease is also called sugar in and also you can say "Salt" instead "Bad Luck or unluky" in spanish. This sketch was based in a popular old funny joke of Mexico... "Gypsy say: I can take your salt (misfortune)for only $100... Father say: I give you $200... but, Please!... take away my sugar!(diabetes). Good Luck for you...
