which technique is the easiest, the 6 second method as you mentioned, 300 divide the number of boxes in between R's or just counting via the " 300 150 100 75 60" method?

the easiest method is the "300, 150, 100, 75, 60, & 50" but it is not an accurate method when it comes to irregular rythyms. for irregular rythyms, you would be best adviced to use the 10 multiplied by the # of R-R intervals in a 6 sec strip

there's isnt an easiet technique. as he said the 6 second method is for cases like atrial fibrillation and 300 divide by boxes is for cases like bradycardia; both where the common calculation method cannot be used.
