A video I created as a tribute to The Big Bad Wolf coaster that closed on September 7, 2009 at Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

Video was filmed and edited by myself, Jason Carter.

Music by Evanescence, Bring Me To Life.

  • i miss this s much :((

  • @cookieandmidnight It was getting too expensive to keep running. And Arrow Dynamics stopped making track replacement peices for these types of coasters. Sadly, a company over in China started to shortly after the death of BBW, if only it stayed up a little longer... :(

  • Does anybody know why they closed the " big bad wolf " please somebody respond

  • @HarvestmanMan I can assure you, having recently completed a project on suspended swinging coasters, BBW did NOT use any track from The Bat. Nothing from The Bat, track, cars, or otherwise, was reused for any other rides. The only exception is the station, which is a common practice for many rides to reuse a station structure from one ride to another. So was anything from The Bat used on BBW? Absolutely not.

  • what happened to the rollar costar

  • I heard that the BBW (lol) uses track from the Bat, a coaster that was removed from Kings Island in 1983. Can anyone verify this?

  • Arrow's Best Coaster. Its replacement better be epic, or its retirement will be Busch Garden's worse mistake in the history of the park chain.

  • Thank you for posting this. The BBW was a wonderful ride and created fond memories for all who rode it.

  • Outstanding video of a wonderful and classic coaster! So sad to see it gone...

  • Like so many other comments on this video, that was a great video. I've only been on three other suspended coasters like this one and this was the best I'd ever ridden. The others were Ninja at SFMM, Draggin Iron (Opps, I mean Iron Dragon) at CP, and Top Gun now called Flight Deck at KI.
