Possible EMF spirit communication

A business in Oak Ridge, TN (address to remain confidential) employees who work late at night often hear bumps and noises coming from the back rooms - sounds similar to those made when other workers might put products away or shut a bathroom door. The only problem is this happens after the business is closed and only 1 employee is there to lock up. Items are sometimes "lost" only to resurface later. Sometimes lights blink randomly in the break room, never predictably. The strangest thing is that employees have seen someone's shadow round a corner to one of the back rooms - yet upon inspection no one is there. Could this business be haunted? Many of the previous owners/employees have passed on to the afterlife. Could a particular spirit visit to make sure everything is running smoothly? Or is it simply an old building with a lot of unique noises? We put it to the test. Interestingly enough, our KII EMF meter spiked unpredictably in one of the bathrooms, seemingly in response to our being there and speaking to "spirits". We also managed to pick up a possible whispery EVP at the conclusion of this recording. As we turned off the lights it sounded as though someone said "thank you." See what you think.

I have gotten a couple random spike hits on my k2 meter before but whenever I sit down and try to communicate with the spirit here it doesn't reply or anything. Is it cause it doesn't want to talk or does it just want to be left alone?

@Bill2k90 There is 1 thing we can count on & that is spirits do not adhere to our rules or wants, lol. Maybe the spirit is moving about & isn't staying nearby. Maybe it's shy :), but if you get random spikes fairly consistantly & there is no other explanation (as in incoming mssgs on cell phone, appliances nearby or the air pump kicking on &  off) you probably have something paranormal. Maybe the spirit will decide you are friendly & will give you more than a few hits. Keep trying. Best of luck

Hmm pretty neat.

I just got mine in the mail yesterday and while I haven't had much time to search for ghosts with it, I did at least discover that it's best to keep my head far away from the microwave oven when it's running!

You are more likely picking up RF signals. The K-ll is activated by so many things it is practically worthless.
