The guy suffers from cancer. He knew his time would come very soon, so before it happens, he brought his girl to all the places they went before once again, to relive their memories for one last moment.

He then told her that he had to study abroad for a very long time. But in actual, he dare not face his girl thus wanted her to forget him . She never realized this until the day he passed away, when his diary was mailed to her. Only then did she found out about his true reason for leaving her and the thoughtful things he did before he died.
