  • Aww the shoegaze days......Why couldn't I have been a little older?

  • @DoAction I feel you on that one, seeing as I'm only 22. Hopefully the release of Beautiful Noise will kickoff a Shoegaze revival! :)

  • so amazing thanks- this was hard to find for ages, there's just that bogus version on you tube with the terrible picture of some dandy type fellow, thankyou thankyou- its been reposted a few times from my faceposts alone- did i say thanyou? x

  • @albivinehart well many thanks to you friend! I actually posted this one solely because the other one had that silly photo. Glad you put this one to good use, Let me know if you want any others! cheers!

  • @papajorgio101 No no! Pol Pot's is a collection of early demos too, but if you read the insert to Spacegirl he claims that those recordings were done at Poolside under the supervision of Naut Hauman and never meant to be released.

  • @localdummiesguy aren't you think Pol Pot's Pleasure Penthouse? That was '91, if I'm not mistaken. Also this dude released a 1990 bjm demo on youtube and it's pretty amazing. It's mostly early versions of Pol Pot tracks, but it still captures the magic

  • great album

  • Superb and haunting.

  • @jeffthunders i know, i know! I'd consider it their first proper one though. Anton himself has said that Spacegirl is nothing more than demos that lead up to the recording of Methodrone... not to be taken seriously.

  • This wasn't their first record, for the record.

  • evergreat!

  • definitely one of my favorite bjm tunes
