hey look i got another question...you think its is bad if do the exercises on empty stomach on the morning? what did you eat before exercising?

Always have something in your stomach. Your body needs the energy. I do my workouts first thing in the morning. I wake up, have breakfast which is Shakeology. Wait an hour. Then workout.

do you think if my diet is about 1500 per day is to risky?

Too low. It all depends on your body type, weight, etc...For a male you shouldnt go below 1800 per day if you are an average sized guy.
