Ok so.. I collected all my rackets in New York and received 6 truck drivers giving you a -6 energy cost on every job you do. I noticed that if I did a job in New York or Cuba the amount of truck drivers did not decrease so I could do jobs over and over, and over (doesn't work in Moscow). Some people have Influence, others have properties. Depends on when you started playing Mafia wars. All my friends have properties and I'm the only one with Influence. They weren't able to do this trick though so yea, now I'm the highest lvl in school :D.
