He's a journalist who was being fed information by hackivists, but he was finding out some infromation about how private security contract companies for the government are working together to diseminate information. Now the United States government is attempting to make an example at him, however, this is an attack against the First Amendment.

He's currently awaiting trial in a Texas jail for treathning an FBI agent in this particular video + posting a link with stolen credit card data from the Stratfort hack in a chat room. So I don’t think he will be posting any more vids any time soon.
