ユキヒョウ繁殖期の鳴き声

円山動物園のユキヒョウ、アクバル(オス/5歳)とリーベ(メス/7歳)。
繁殖期が近づき、普段ほとんど鳴く事がないアクバルが、叫びにも聞こえる鳴き声を発していました。
左がアクバル、右がリーベ。

Cry of snow leopard breeding period

Snow leopard, [Akubaru] (male/5 years old) and [Liebe] (female/7 years old), at the Maruyama Zoo.

When the breeding time approached, the cry to hear the shout was originated though it was [Akubaru] without bark usually almost.

The left side is [Akubaru], and the right side is [Liebe].

Poor thing! Of course he cries ... that's about as far from his natural habitat as he can get ... the people who put him in this cage should go live out their life in a cage with a cement floor ...
