I met Roy last night in a restaurant here in Florida as I was playing guitar. He is a very humble and modest person. I kept telling everyone: "This is a World Cup Star" and he just sat there and smiled. Everybody was looking at me like I was crazy.

One of the best goals ever in the top flight! Told a few mates about this over the years but not many have ever seen it. Funny how this never makes it into any greatest golas charts nowadays.
Wegerle spent some time at Swindon in the 80's and was fantastic! Great player on his day.
