  • Thank you for this!! I'm two weeks off opiates and am experiencing anxiety from the w/d's. Learning to embrace the anxiety opposed to avoid really makes a difference.

  • @sbrnakiss Yes, this can also be an excellent approach to managing withdrawal sensations. Search youtube for "quit smoking method" and click the cloudy video.. will give more insight.

  • Can anxiety cause strange body pains???

  • ive had this all my life but i thought i was NORMAL. i tried to off myself at 18 and then i battled with the bottle for self medication. And all i get is im a bad person so that makes me detached from society. Iv never had a real girlfriend and i can't even enjioy sex. I can't sleep and its now afecting my helf.

  • I feel like i've had most of these symptoms for over a year now, but i can't talk to anyone about it where I live. I worry constantly and I always have negative thoughts(including thoughts about death etc). My family notice it sometimes but they end up taking their anger out on me, telling me to focus on my studies and to stop acting this way. Since all this worrying started, I lost my closest friends and it's made me quite antisocial. The feelings you get along with anxiety are terrible...

  • I am no longer feeling anxiety, but i am still shy, probably because i am still at the beggining of excersise.........and now i feel relaxed when i talk to someone.......but everyday it is better and better as i listen and do this!!! :) Thanks, autor.........if all will be working i will maybe make some video about reviewing selftherapy and mc2method!!! You are right all what you said....

  • Hmm, i am still doing this and mc2method, and he said that with positive feelings you can attract positive situations, and really when i was going home i did excersise about positive making sense of well being, and like a magic something happened, one guy approached me and asked me if i can bring the diploma which he held in his hand to some another guy which he said is by my way waiting. And i brought and the another guy was so happy, and said thanks!!! When i felt excitenment i used excercise1

  • To all that are suffering from this terrible disease, I have been using the "Release Technique” since Feb 2011 and it has been life changing for me!
