A Ziggy Stardust out-take recorded at Trident on 11 November 1971. Originally titled "He's a Goldmine". 'Velvet Goldmine' remained unreleased until 1975' s reissue of the 'Space Oddity' single. 'Velvet Goldmine' also gave its name to Todd Haynes's 1998 film.

  • well ...i have an album (vynil) released by italian RCA in the..late 70's( if i remember well ) called "rare bowie" where there are b sides ,unreleased tracks ,rarities etc and velvet goldmine in there too...so i guess is not "totally" unreleased
