Heidi stopped being friends with Lauren, but all Lauren was trying to do was show Heidi that she deserved more than how Spencer was treating her. Heidi has tried to grow up way too quickly. Heidi and Spencer try and come off all laid back and not caring about the whole situation, but it just ends up making them look like its all there thinking about. Heidi was so unreasonable with Lauren its a joke. Plus Lauren has alot more beauty and brains where Heidi just comes off as a dumb blonde.
