Hello: I have started the HCG injections, but i have yet to find any information that actually tells me what my dosage should be, or how to figure out for my needed weight loss , what I should be injecting myself with. for instance if you need to lose more weight than most do you inject a smaller dosage etc.
Could you please help.

MegaHCG - being African American, I want to know how you handled hair care. According to Dr. Simeon, one should avoid the application of oils to their skin and I guess that would include the scalp. So my question, do you use grease on your hair/scalp during the cycle?
