Truckloads of buzzing honeybee hives from a Frankfort, NY commercial beekeeper were brought in to Beak & Skiff Apple Farm in Lafayette, NY on Friday May 2, and distributed throughout the orchard so that the bees can do the necessary work of pollenizing the apple tree crops. If you move bees why don't you have some kind of bracket to ensure the deeps and supers don't shift during transit. I saw one hive where the boxes had shifted and a whole load of them were outside.
