It's not pretty - in fact I seriously considered NOT putting it on here at all. But I am going with my instincts that this WILL continue to motivate me and help me really track my improvement in health, fitness and flexibility. And if I shed FAT... EXTRA lovely.

Thanks for these. Good to see the workouts by real people, who are making the kind of mistakes we all make when starting out. I do get tired of the clips of fit people doing these exercises. I'm particularly pleased to see that part with you standing near the door. It made me realize, "Ah, THAT'S what he was talking about"!

@MostarBeauty and I definitely know how you feel, I've gained so much wait in the past few years because of thyroid disease, now I have lost so much from walking daily. It was a big gain, but now I feel better and now it's harder to lose more weight. I think it's when your body loses so much weight, you get to the point where its harder to lose because you have to work harder. Continue what your doing, incorporate some other exercise like walking, and eat healthy!

Good for you, keep it up!! Happy to first comment since no one has yet! I find any of these videos inspiring from the community and trainers. I saw this when I was at lyzabeth lopez page... Is the "4 hour body" just the workout with the kettlebell (swing). Good luck and will appreciate a response.
