Bruce Parry goes to live with the Suri tribe of southwest Ethiopia and takes part in the fierce stick fights that are at the heart of Suri culture. These fights, called donga, have traditionally been used to settle scores between villages, and to keep order. But the system is increasingly threatened by the invasion of guns. No longer are the elders looked to for permission that a donga can take place -- with a bullet, retribution can be swift, and fatal.

@thaiden03Every video...there is a troll...its all culture & tradition. Grow a brain and add to the world. Don't we all just love those youtube trolls? They do know why they do it, the lady just said, the larger her plate the more cattle she gets...wear did the practice of piercing ears come from? Most don't know but millions do it, just because its beautiful. Some things don't have to have a 'meaning' if they are simply beautiful. Then again trolls have no such feelings so whatever.
