In one week? Same airport? If this airport has a maintence facility it needs to be investigated. Also this plane should have been able to fly on one engine unless it had a lot of weight, then again there was only one person. I am a pilot, not twin rated but it should have been able to fly. There have been engine failures in the past where it was not always the engine failure that caused the plane to crash, but it was the pilot's decision making. I will be interested in the NTSB report.
