I'm not suprised it took this long. Sterling's the guy that kept Elgin Baylor as GM as he blew year after year after year of lottery draft choices (2 decades worth.)
Thing with Dunleavy is like with Elgin Baylor. "Wait till next year" or "Wait till we're healthy"
At least with the Jazz/Trailblazers/Rockets, they might make the playoffs every year even while promising their fans of a future that never comes.
