After all, who are the troops?
The troops are conscripted by higher unemployment, by low wages, by poverty, by racism, by poor prospects, by a sense of despair at making any kind of life for themselves, in the civilian society.
They are recruited in High Schools, in parking lots, recruited down on the mean streets of industrial society.
And they are sent as "workers with a gun", to kill other workers.
