@YellowArcher understandable, but also poachers, even for fish species is overboard. AB does go overboard at times.

@AnimeNeko18 Actually, wild-caught salmon is tightly regulated and controlled. Overfishing of salmon isn't as big a concern as what AB talks about.

I think thats Alton's whole pertrayal of farm raised salmon is a little over broad, i remember a few episodes where he would complain about over fishing and that farm raised was a good option. Salmon are fished almost completely overboard, I just think sometimes Alton gets his wires and meanings crossed. Still love GE, and still love AB.

@playful1510 right, forgot about that! weird... but yunno, sometimes, you break your own rules in order to accomplish certain things. like he said, he wanted to use the non-stick because he didn't want to use a lot of oil. something's gotta give!
