I have that video, Walk Away The Pounds, and I like it a lot. You keep it up! When you find your pedometer,let me know. Exercise is critical to your wellbeing and important for full functioning of your immune system. So, even if you didn't lose a pound this week, you are doing good things for yourself! Keep up the good work!

wow! well done on the walking thats great!! Im defiantly gonna keep focused and keep up with the exercising and eating right...eventually the lbs will come off...im mean, it will have no choice lmao!! i didn't find the pedometer, but have kept up with my walking dvd (walk away the pounds). I am defiantly a warrior and im not gonna let this get me down! Onwards and upwards!!! xxxx

i have found when you don't lose in lbs you lose in inches instead
make a text document on windows to record inches on there + on a piece of paper aswell

yes i have found that to be very true. I also use a website to help me track my measurements aswell, its really handy cos you can get print outs and lots of stats from the data you put in. :)
