@Arizno3000 If by micro business you mean small business, I would say it works great. I'm not sure what your needs are but they have a subscription starting at $5/month. Any business, no matter the size can benefit from some sort of software to keep them organized and perform other functions. If salesforce is the best solution, depends on the exact needs of your business, no matter how small it is. I have two clients that just have one salesforce user and use it for basic stuff.

What would you recommend for a micro business. Salesforce seems great but the cost is hard to justify for my small biz. Good luck in you endeavor
