It seems to me that these game makers were trying to re invent the perfectly good wheel. All they needed to do was maybe make the graphics a little more crisp, add a bunch o new weapons, stages, & vehicles. Maybe give the soldiers new capabilities like rock climbing and swimming. And make the game more balanced i.e. have automatic lock on on warhawks with bazookas when they hover whore to close to ground.

In warhawk alot of people were too unskilled to fight on foot and would spam with the warhawks, and thankfully there was a limit to how many planes there were per stage. But now, potentially everyone can be flying if warhawks present that same unprecedented advantage. It does seem though they're easier to shoot down but idk yet.

I played this. It's ok but it's no war hawk sequel. It's too different. I don't like 1: how the character is not centered and 2: how the character takes a greater percentage of the screen thereby limiting my view. This can be acclimated towards, but damn. I don't like that if you don't have enough points for something you can't get vehicles and weapons. It was better when you just got what you got cuz it was there.
