  • In this video, are you on your way into Brampton?

  • 4:28

A majority of the artists I listen to I found on YouTube. I can't find some of their albums in stores so I download them, but as soon as I see a Sage Francis album I'm buying it. But the demographic here in Brampton isn't into spoken word-rap.

  • So if noone wants it except the rich people... then it looks like it'll get passed... crap :(

This will put Canada behind the trend, and send them to the dark ages!

$10 says that some guy will be beaten for showing his girlfriend a cool song on his iPod.

    "Don't taze me, bro!"

  • the biggest copyright issue in june/july 2008 is the international "acta," anti counterfeiting trade agreement, which requires border patrols to search your ipods, laptops, etc. for copyright infringements.

look up acta on wikipedia, there are no videos on youtube about it yet. and if you make a video, send me a message about it!

  • Wow, this is a GREAT rant. Kudos, Jesse! You've expressed what's wrong with C-61 and the problems with the direction copyright is going incredibly well.

I agree -- more people should be talking about this. Everyone: do yourself a favour, find out who your MP is, send an email, AND phone their office to express how important it is that copyright reform get a decent amount of debate.

This is way too important to let it slide.

  • i still buy music cds, and i dont play them on a cd player (i dont even own a cd player anymore) i rip and encode them into mp3 files on my computer. i dont share these files. the new law says i am still breaking the law. so this stupid law would charge me a$500 fine after i went out and paid for the friggin thing. retarded hey?

  • Why aren't more people talking about this only 5 comments. It makes me so mad! This bill is so stupid it's insane, wow.

  • this bill c 61 also means that if you have a yard sale. and sell your old cd's. this is considered piracy too.

  • "The adults lost confidence, and fearing the youth, eventually passed the Millennium Education Reform Act. AKA: The BR Act" ~ The opening text from my legit "Battle Royale" VCD I bought in Pacific Mall. I want my imported movies!
