Are you serious? Wait until the next day so he'll be in the clearest form of mind??? That defeats the point of the tests. It's for proof. Without the video, it's their word against his. They're not dumbasses. Smart actually, doing tests later wouldn't hold up in a court of law like a video of his drunk ass. There are lots of ways to get around DUIs, so they're probably just covering their bases.
