0 A.D. Alpha III "Cerberus" -- The Greeks

0 A.D. is Free Open Source Software (FOSS) being developed for PC, MAC, and LINUX operating systems under a CC-BY-SA license for content and GPL for code. It is an historical real-time strategy game akin to Age of Empires or Starcraft, focusing on 6 major cultures that flourished around the Mediterranean in the 500 years BCE--The Greeks, The Carthaginians, The Persians, The Iberians, The Celts, and The Romans.

The game is currently on its way to an Alpha IV release. This is a pre-Beta stage. The game is fairly playable, especially in multiplayer over IP and currently consists of 2 complete factions: the Greeks and the Celts.

How do you rotate the map?

Q and E keys rotate the map (WASD moves camera). H key is the "Home" key that resets the camera to default zoom and rotation.

I love the way they have managed to make it look like Age of Empires I and II yet keep it 3D, that is a massive graphical and nostalgia achievement right there. A true sequel to Age of Empires.
