  • Like the video..... at the moment am doing a derma roller videos :) keep it up

  • Remember, not everyone will the get the blood I get on some of my rolls, just as long as you put persistent pressure and a persistent patteren. The goal is to deposit fractional needle induction into the skin for a consistant wounding. I am here for any questions, let me know how your roll went...

    Your forever Duchess

  • Thanx alot for the great tutorial..

My question is, does it differ which roller brand I use??

Do u recommend any brand though?

  • Yes Brand does matter, cause I know by buying everyone from around the world from china, ebay and Amazon to name a few. The most important is the quality of the needles, stainless Steel or Titanium (Best) how the look the wheeles together and they are in a sterile packabe. You should still clean them before you use them on your skin and that is for another video, boy my list is getting longer.I see and top notch one for 53.00 dollars with a prepping ointment that works effortlessy. Coming soon!

  • @facialgal thank you so much for your terrific advice. The key with this is time to heal and BIG PATIENCE LOL xx

  • Yes it can work on deep chicken pox scars.I would have to see your skin and your technique before i could say that it is what work best for you on a daily basis. Our skin is so different and we each have our own skyn that we need to understand it and what it is capable of and how it actually heals. If you have time contact me on Skype so I can look at your skin and help you make good choices for your treatment skype name:

DuchessofDermis, you can leave me a message.

    Look forward to your call

  • Then I have them put my "Calm it Down" cream, just 'to handle that burning feeling' and give their skin some comfort. I have it specially compounded by my pharmacist for the SkynRoller and it works like a charm. It is important to do the 15 minutes of cold compress first, then follow up with "Calm it Down/Comfort Care" . It sells for 32.00 and it an outstanding treatment cream to use post SkynRoller. It is also just an excellent skyn Hydrator for men and woman to use on a daily basis

  • I have found that the best thing is to compress with cold water and ice. I use unfolded diapers (2) and I wrap it around my face and leave it on as it pulls the heat out of my skin. As I take the first diaper off, the next one goes right in it's place and I repeat it for approx for15 mins. You will be pleasently surprised how the compress take down the erythema (superficial reddening of the skin as a result of injury or irriation causing) dilatation of the blood capillaries)

  • Hi Duchess! I am waiting on more fab vids from you! Hugs

  • Well do my friend!

    XO,

    Duch
