Have you been there? Do you know there is an 80% unemployment rate there? Before you judge you should know, there is no where to work for these people. The government has turned their back on them. They have no money to pay these bills. If you've never set foot on a reservation in South Dakota, or anywhere in the USA, you will never understand what this video is REALLY showing. Conditions there are considerably worse than any video can portray.
