Today is VLCD day 6. As of today I have lost 14lbs. Down 2 on day 5 and down 3 today.
My meals for the last few days
VLCD 4: Lunch, Chicken with Arugala salad lemon juice and melba crumbled on top. Dinner, Steak and fresh green bean "stir fry" with pepper flakes. Orange "sherbert" one orange, ice and vanilla creame stevia, blended in mixer.
VLCD 5: Lunch, cold cooked shrimp and cucumbers with a pinch of salt. Dinner, cottage cheese.
