There is a mind reading program where unsuspecting families are included into mind reading programs. One method is to use maser waves ( microwaves directed at one direction ) projected at individuals. Brain waves are not strong enough to reach satellite antennas. So they maybe using masers to hit the brainwaves. The resulting new waves are strong enough to bounce back and reach the satellites. These can be decoded and sent back to the public for 24hr stalking and harassment.

Microwaves are non-lethal. That is, they only can cause damage ( in large proportions ) by heating up the blood, but does not directly affect the DNA structure. So they are ideal to be used as the carrier wave to embed artificial brain wave signals into a victim.

A variety of artificial ailments can be created like headaches, itchiness, coughing etc. that appear natural and can prevent the victim from carrying on his work. If excessive coughing is embedded, the coughing can rupture a blood vessel of a victim and cause a stroke.

Anything above the visible light range such as UV, X-ray, Gamma can cause DNA damage which may result in tumors, cancers and other ailments. They can be projected via satellites and may be used on thousands of unsuspecting victims.

The psychiatric associations still do not recognize that many people who claim that they are being electronically harassed may be targets of these technologies. So many are diagnosed as schizophrenics or being paranoid. The psychiatric associations are also partly to blame for their ignorance that has made these technologies and harassments come so far.
