He originally says 93 not 99, that's just Eminem being a dumb fuck and fucking with the vocals to make it sound like 99 instead. I have no clue why they labeled this track N.I.G.G.A . It doesn't even use a verse from the N.I.G.G.A. track (which is an actual track with only the acapella leaked). It just takes the verse from Niggaz In The Pen.

Eminem FUCKED UP this CD with shitty productions, chopped and screwed vocals, and shitty guest appearances. Eminem hasn't learned shit from Dre, he's always been a shitty producer (and rapper). If this is really your favorite Pac CD then you taste in music must be shit. This shouldn't even be considered a Pac CD. It's more like Eminem rapeing Pac's music.
