@skimmm91 Late reply but for whoever plans to to this, it's simple: Get a portable audio recorder, like a Sony PCM-M10 or Tascam DR-08. Clap really hard between the bike and the cars while both the camera and the audio recorder are recording. Import the recorded audio to the video editing program and put it under the sound of the video. Synchronize both waveform peaks of the clap and mute or delete the original audio from the video. Presto! Vid from bike's POV and audio from inside the car. :D
