To make the effect to 00:39 to 00:40 , I used the Sony vegas audio effect ''Vibrato''

Hehe, nope, the other effect was made with a third party preset called ''Newblue FX'' Maybe you should give a look at it

Oh, and to make the vortex i used another program, ''Particle illusion 3'' it's not a heavy program and it's easy to use
